Which version do I need? The Smart Card models are the standard choice for most new installations, supporting secure HF cards (13.56 MHz) like MIFARE®, DESFire®, and Seos®. The Dual Tech versions include everything in the Smart Card model plus support for legacy LF cards (125 kHz) such as HID® Prox, making them ideal for sites migrating from older credentials.
